Lohashilpi came into existence in the year 1980. In the year 1990 it entered into making raw rubber processing machinery for rubber estates. The initial machines that rolled out of the factory were mainly hand operated as well as semi automatic machines for processing rubber sheets. During the year 1998 the company made the first sheeting battery – a fully automatic rubber sheeting machine. Rubber sheet washing machines, Blister packing machines, Bottle washing machines, Liquid filling machines, Duplex cartons for the pharmaceutical and food industry and Plastic dropper bottles followed in steady succession.

The products made by this company are exported to south and south-east Asian countries as well as to Africa. While designing machines, ease of operation, low power consumption, low maintenance requirements are kept in the forefront.
