SEMI AUTOMATIC BLISTER PACKING MACHINE:

A machine that will suit the budget of allopathic and ayurvedic pharmaceutical manufacturers, food products manufacturers etc who do not wish to go in for a fully automatic blister packing machine. Blister sealing and trimming are done on separate machines. A ¼ HP compressor is needed to operate the blister sealing machine. Trimming can be done on a manual machine or on an automatic machine.

FILLING MACHINE

A revolutionary new design with one to four filling stations. Fill volume can be steplessly varied from 5 ml to 1 litre. Different volumes can be set on each of the four filling heads. This enables different packs of the same liquid to be filled simultaneously.
An added advantage is that the machine has very few moving parts. Whatever little moving parts are present can be used for millions of operations without maintenance. Liquids of high viscosity can be filled using this machine. This makes it ideal for the pharmaceutical and food industry. The machine utilises unbelievably low levels of power E.g. to fill 1600 bottles with 60 ml of liquid of normal viscosity, the power consumed is that of a 100 watt bulb. Compressed air using a ¼ HP compressor is required to run the machine.
